As
the Barron River cascades down from the higher elevations, it tumbles
down many falls. This is reportedly the most breathtaking
waterfall in Australia during the rainy season. Here it looks like
a trickle, but poster pictures of it in the rainy season back up their
statements. This picture was from the grade as the train stops
here for us to take pictures from the famous and photogenic
location. To give you a perspective of how big these falls are,
they are approximately a quarter mile away from where this picture was
taken.
